Agency fees
In respect of the ALUR law (Access to Housing and Urban Renovation), please find below our agency fees regarding our different activities: real estate transaction, property management and rental management.
• Real Estate Transaction:
Negotiation fees of our agency are equivalent to:

7% (taxes included). 6 % (taxes included) if exclusive mandate. |
| . Transactions of a sale price from 150 000 € to 300 000 € |
6 % (taxes included) if simple mandate. 5 % (taxes included) if exclusive mandate. |
| . Transactions of a sale price above 300 000 €. |
5% (taxes included) if simple mandate. 4 % (taxes included) if exclusive mandate. |
Fees charged to the buyer, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate.
• Rental management:
Our basic management fees are 10% (taxes included) with an unpaid rentals insurance cover.
• Renting:
The fees are split between the lessor and the tenant, and amount to:
- Inventory of fixtures: 3 euros per square meter
- Viewing of the property, creation of a file and lease agreement: 8 euros per square meter
• Property management:
Our basic management fees are 200 euros per year (taxes included) by main lot, with a minimum amount of 3600 euros (taxes included).
